Our Landscape Design Process

Every great outdoor design starts with understanding. We take the time to learn what you want, how you live, and what inspires you. We’ll begin the design process by meeting with you to better understand the project specifications. You will provide us with base documentation that will allow our team to research the conditions of the site, city/hoa policies & guidelines, & project feasibility. Once the proper information is gathered, you will be sent a proposal detailing the outline of the services that we will provide and deliverables you can expect throughout the project.

Once we understand your vision, we craft a plan that brings it to life through initial sketches and concepts tailored to your needs.

Once you approve a schematic design, we will begin producing sets of drawings that outline details that are needed for implementation. We’ll begin to develop plans and prepare for construction by adding defined descriptions for key areas, dimensions, materials & finishes for hardscape items, preliminary planting & lighting schedules, etc. By the end of this phase, these plans will allow you to begin gathering estimates for preliminary cost evaluation.
